| 描述 | The MIH47 monoclonal antibody specifically binds to Trem-like transcript 2 protein (TLT-2) which is also known as TREML2 (Triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-like 2). TLT-2 is a type I transmembrane protein that belongs to the TREM family. It consists of a single extra-cellular Ig-like V-type domain, a transmembrane segment and a cytoplasmic tail and reportedly serves as a receptor for B7-H3/CD276. It is expressed on most B cells, CD8+ T cells, activated CD4+ T cells, macrophages and granulocytes and at low levels by some NK cells and dendritic cells. TLT-2 can reportedly serve costimulatory and coinhibitory functions in the immune system. TLT-2 expression is upregulated on neutrophils and macrophages in response to inflammatory conditions in vivo. TLT-2 serves as engulfment receptor for apoptotic cells and plays roles in both innate and adaptive immunity. |
