| 描述 | The OX-110 monoclonal antibody specifically binds to CD200R which is also known as OX2 receptor 1 (Ox2r) or MOX2 receptor (Mox2r). CD200R is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein that is encoded by Cd200r1 (CD200 receptor 1) and belongs to the C2-set domain containing gene family within the Ig superfamily. CD200R is expressed by hematopoietic cells including monocytes, granulocytes, and T cells. CD200R functions as an inhibitory receptor when bound by its ligand, CD200. CD200R signaling can inhibit leucocyte functions such as the production of cytokines. |
