- Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

Phenylethanolamine N-methyltransferase, PNMT, catalyzes the synthesis of epinephrine from norepinephrine, (adrenalin from noradrenalin), in catecholamine biosynthesis.
Function:
Converts noradrenaline to adrenaline.

PNMT又称去甲肾上腺素N-甲基转移酶,其作用；催化将甲基从S-腺苷酰甲硫氨酸转移到去甲肾上腺素的氨基端生成肾上腺素反应的酶。一般认为：嗜铬细胞胞浆中存在大量的PNMT，可使去甲肾上腺素甲基化而成肾上腺素（另一个生成肾上腺素的方式）。
