描述 | Salidroside is a glycoside isolated from plants, most commonly members of the genus Rhodiola.1Rhodiola is a popular Chinese medicine and is believed to enhance liver regeneration, improve memory, fight infection and inflammation, treat cancer and diabetes, counter fatigue, maintain health, and extend life.2,3 Salidroside at 100 μM significantly reduces apoptosis in response to hydrogen peroxide or cobalt chloride.4,5 It also protects mice from acetaminophen-induced toxicity.6 |
