| 描述 | Vilazodone is a combined selective inhibitor of serotonin reuptake and partial agonist of serotonin receptor 5-HT1A(IC50s = 0.2 and 0.5 nM, respectively).1 Acute, systemic administration of vilazodone to mice increases extracellular 5-HT in both the ventral hippocampus and the frontal cortex.1 It produces antidepressant-like effects in the forced swimming test in both rats and mice.1 Formulations containing vilazodone show efficacy versus placebo in improving depression symptoms in patients with major depressive disorder.2 |
