| 描述 | Cyclic AMP is an important intracellular signaling mediator that is generated in humans by nine membrane-bound and one soluble adenylyl cyclases (ACs), each with distinct regulation and expression patterns. NKY80 is a cell-permeable AC inhibitor that demonstrates potent selectivity for type V over the type II and III isoforms (IC50s = 8.3 μM, 1.7 mM, and 132 μM, respectively in the presence of Gsα GTPγS-forskolin).1 Its mechanism of inhibition is non-competitive with respect to ATP (Item No. 14498) or forskolin (Item No. 11018) and tissue selective for the AC catalytic activity in heart and lung tissues.1 |
