| 描述 | Cinacalcet is a calcimimetic that allosterically activates the calcium-sensing receptor (CaSR; pEC50 = 7.3 in HEK293T cells expressing CaSR).1,2,3 In the presence of calcium ions, it can inhibit parathyroid hormone secretion by activating CaSR in parathyroid glands.2 Cinacalcet has been used clinically to treat secondary hyperparathyroidism due to end-stage renal disease or hypercalcemia in patients with parathyroid carcinoma.4,5 |
