Induces cell cycle arrest, apoptosis and myeloid differentiation in human acute myeloid leukemia. 10058-F4 inhibits the MYCN/Max interaction leading to cell cycle arrest, apoptosis and neuronal differentiation in MYCN-amplified neuroblastoma cells. |
