| 描述 | Fenoterol is a selective β2-adrenergic receptor agonist (Ki = 719 nM) that less potently activates β1- and β3-adrenoceptors (Kis = 13.6 and 55.7 µM, respectively).1 Aerosol formulations containing β2-adrenergic receptor agonists, including fenoterol, are used to reduce bronchial hyperreactivity in patients with asthma.2 Fenoterol usage administered by a metered-dose inhaler has been associated with an increased risk of death from asthma.3 |
