| 描述 | Osthole is a natural coumarin that was first isolated from several medicinal plants, including C. monnieriandA. pubescens.1 It is reported to induce a nonspecific elevation of cAMP and cGMP levels through its ability to inhibit phosphodiesterases, which leads to a modulation of calcium channel signaling and vasorelaxant effects.1 Osthole exhibits immunomodulatory, antioxidative, and anti-inflammatory properties, by regulating the expression of TNF-α, NF-κB, TGF-β, cyclooxygenases, leukotrienes, nitric oxide, ERK, and JNK.1,2,3 It also demonstrates antifibrotic effects in both hepatic and myocardial tissues and has been suggested to be a natural activator of defective delta F508-cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator chloride channel gating.1 |
