| 描述 | Diosmin is a flavonoid glycoside found in citrus fruits, hyssop, and rosemary.1 It is metabolized by intestinal bacteria to an aglycone form, diosmetin (Item No. 18649), which is thought to be more bioavailable.2,1 Diosmin has been shown to exhibit vasoprotective, anti-inflammatory, free-radical scavenging, and antimutagenic properties through its ability to inhibit prostaglandin E2 (Item No. 14010) and thromboxane A2, as well as inhibiting leukocyte activation, migration, and adhesion and decreasing plasma levels of endothelial adhesion molecules in various experimental models.3 |
