| 描述 | Milbemycins are macrocyclic lactones, many of which are produced from the fermentation of soil bacterium S. hygroscopicussubsp.aureolacrimosus.1 They potentiate glutamate and GABA-gated chloride channel opening.1 Moxidectin is a second generation milbemycin with potent endectocide activity.2 It is commonly used as an anthelmintic drug in veterinary applications. Moxidectin differs from other macrocyclic lactones by being a poor substrate for P-glycoprotein.3 |
