| 描述 | Oxaprozin is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug that inhibits COX-1 and COX-2 in human synovial cells with IC50 values of 2.2 and 36 μM, respectively.1 It has been reported to inhibit thromboxane B2 (Item No. 19030) production in human platelets (IC50 = ~2 μM) and to inhibit prostaglandin E2 (Item No. 14010) production by human synovial cells stimulated with IL-1β (IC50 = ~20 μM).1 It demonstrates analgesic and anti-inflammatory activity in rodent models at doses of 70-100 mg/kg.2 |
