| 描述 | Pixantrone is an aza-anthracenedione analog that intercalates in DNA, directly alkylates DNA, and forms stable DNA adducts.1 It has demonstrated significant activity in preclinical models of solid tumors and hematologic malignancies.1,2 Pixantrone has revealed little or no measurable cardiotoxicity in several animal models.1,2 It also prevents acute experimental allergic encephalomyelitis development in animal studies, suggesting value in multiple sclerosis.3 |
