| 描述 | Scoparone is a constituent of the Chinese herb Artemisia and has been identified as having anticoagulant, hypolipidemic, vasorelaxant, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory actions in experimental models.1,2,3 It has been investigated for its bilirubin enhancing effect in up-regulating bilirubin excretion enzymes, such as sulfotransferase or UDP-glucuronosyltransferase 1A1.3 It has also been shown to suppress nitric oxide, prostaglandin E2 (Item No. 14010), and inflammatory cytokine production, as well as to attenuate IgE-mediated allergic response in mast cells and to inhibit passive cutaneous anaphylaxis in rats.3 |
