| 描述 | Dabigatran is a potent thrombin inhibitor (Ki = 4.5 nM).1,2 It also inhibits trypsin (Ki = 50.3 nM), but only weakly inhibits other serine proteases.1,2 Dabigatran has poor bioavailability after oral administration. However, dabigatran etexilate (Item No. 17131) is a double prodrug that has excellent oral bioavailability and undergoes in vivo hydrolytic cleavage to produce dabigatran.1,2 |
