ARN14974 is extremely stable in buffers and plasma and shows good pharmacokinetics when administered intravenously or intraperitoneally in mice.1 It causes a significant reduction in acid ceramidase activity in multiple organs in mice, including brain, liver, heart, lungs, and kidney.1 |
