| 描述 | Emtricitabine is a cytidine analog with an unnatural β-L structural configuration that inhibits reverse transcriptase, preventing replication of HIV-1 (EC50 = 10-20 nM) and hepatitis B (EC50 = 10-40 nM).1,2 It is activated through multistep intracellular phosphorylation by various cellular kinases.1 Emtricitabine, when used alone or in combination therapies, has been shown to reduce viral load and to induce immunological clearance via T cells.3 |
