| 描述 | Amitriptyline is a first generation tricyclic antidepressant.1 It strongly blocks the serotonin and norepinephrine transporters (Kds = 4.3 and 35 nM, respectively) and inhibits the serotonin 5-HT2A receptor (Ki =20 nM).2,3 Amitriptyline also antagonizes histamine H1, muscarinic acetylcholine, and α1-adrenergic receptors (Kis = 1.1, 18, and 27 nM, respectively).4,5 |
