| 描述 | Nisoldipine is an L-type (CaV1.2) calcium channel blocker of the dihydropyridine class that exhibits higher potency, longer duration of action, and a higher binding affinity in vitroandin vivo than nifedipine (Item No. 11106).1 Nisoldipine has been shown to prevent the spontaneous development of hypertension in young spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) and to decrease blood pressure in old SHR with end-stage hypertension.2 |
