影响天然TEV酶活性的常见因素:1)PMSF和AEBSF(1 mM),TLCK(1 mM),Bestatin(1 mg/ml)、Pestatin A(1 mM),EDTA(1 mM)以及E-64(3 mg/ml),以上这些蛋白酶抑制剂对rTEV的活性没有影响;2)Zn离子(>5 mM)对rTEV活性有抑制;3)与半胱氨酸反应的试剂也是rTEV的潜在抑制剂。
