When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

his gene encodes an enzyme that belongs to theaci-reductone dioxygenase family of metal-binding enzymes, whichare involved in methionine salvage. This enzyme may regulate mRNAprocessing in the nucleus, and may carry out different functionsdepending on its localization. Related pseudogenes have beendefined on chromosomes 8 and 20.
Function:
Catalyzes the formation of formate and2-keto-4-methylthiobutyrate (KMTB) from1,2-dihydroxy-3-keto-5-methylthiopentene (DHK-MTPene). Alsodown-regulates cell migration mediated by MMP14. Necessary forhepatitis C virus replication in an otherwise non-permissive cellline.

Cytoplasm. Nucleus. Cell membrane;Peripheral membrane protein; Cytoplasmic side. Note=Localizes tothe plasma membrane when complexed to MMP14.
