- Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

This gene encodes a member of the shisa family. The encoded protein is localized to the endoplasmic reticulum, and together with p53 induces apoptosis in a caspase-dependent manner. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. [provided by RefSeq, Jan 2013]

Plays an essential role in the maturation of presomitic mesoderm cells by individual attenuation of both FGF and WNT signaling.

Endoplasmic reticulum membrane; Single-pass type I membrane protein. Nucleus membrane.
