- Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

- background:
LEPREL2 belongs to a family of collagen prolyl hydroxylases required for proper collagen biosynthesis, folding, and assembly.
Function:
Has prolyl 3-hydroxylase activity catalyzing the post-translational formation of 3-hydroxyproline in -Xaa-Pro-Gly-sequences in collagens, especially types IV and V (By similarity).
Subcellular Location:
Endoplasmic reticulum.
Tissue Specificity:
Weak expression in heart, lung, ovary and skeletal muscle.
Similarity:
Belongs to the leprecan family.
Contains 1 Fe2OG dioxygenase domain.
Contains 4 TPR repeats.
