- Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

- background:
The protein encoded by this gene was identified as a binding protein of the protein kinase C, delta (PRKCD). The expression of this gene in cultured cell lines is strongly induced by serum starvation. The expression of this protein was found to be down-regulated in various cancer cell lines, suggesting the possible tumor suppressor function of this protein.
Function:
Seems to have an immune potentiation function
Subunit:
Interacts with PRKCD and with phosphatidylserine. Phosphatidylserine may form a bridge between PKC and PKC-binding partners and stabilize the binding
Tissue Specificity:
Strongly expressed in mammary and epithelial cells.
Post-translational modifications:
In vitro, phosphorylated by PRKCD.
Similarity:
Belongs to the PTRF/SDPR family.
