- Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

Tissue specificity:Detected in spleen, thymus, testis, ovary, small intestine and colon, with highest levels of expression in testis and ovary.
Function:
Contributes to mitotic spindle assembly, maintenance of centrosome integrity and completion of cytokinesis as part of the HAUS augmin-like complex.
Subunit:
Component of the HAUS augmin-like complex. The complex interacts with the gamma-tubulin ring complex and this interaction is required for spindle assembly. Binds UCHL5.
Subcellular Location:
Cytoplasm, cytoskeleton, centrosome. Cytoplasm, cytoskeleton, spindle. Note=Localizes to interphase centrosomes and to mitotic spindle microtubules.
Tissue Specificity:
Detected in spleen, thymus, testis, ovary, small intestine and colon, with highest levels of expression in testis and ovary.
Similarity:
Belongs to the HAUS7 family.
