- Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

KDM2 / JHD1 is a JmjC domain family histone demethylase specific for H3-K36, similar to proteins found in human, mouse, drosophila, X. laevis, C. elegans, and S. pombe.
Function:
Histone demethylase that specifically demethylates Lys-36 of histone H3, thereby playing a central role in histone code. Does not demethylate H3 Lys-4 nor Lys-79. {ECO:0000269|PubMed:16362057}.
Subcellular Location:
Nuclear.
Similarity:
Belongs to the JHDM1 histone demethylase family.
