- Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

SYF2 is a nuclear protein that interacts with cyclin D-type binding-protein 1, which is thought to be a cell cycle regulator at the G1/S transition. Alternate transcriptional splice variants, encoding different isoforms, have been characterized.
Function:
May be involved in pre-mRNA splicing (By similarity).
Subunit:
Identified in the spliceosome C complex. Interacts with CCNDBP1.
Subcellular Location:
Nucleus.
Tissue Specificity:
Abundantly expressed in the heart, skeletal muscle and kidney. Expressed at lower level other tissues.
Similarity:
Belongs to the SYF2 family.
