- Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

- background:
LAMP3 might change the lysosome function after the transfer of peptide MHC class II molecules to the surface of dendritic cells. Its over expression is associated with an enhanced metastatic potential and may be a prognostic factor for cervical cancer. Expressed in lymphoid organs and dendritic cells and lung. Up regulated in carcinomas of the esophagus, colon, rectum, ureter, stomach, breast, fallopian tube, thyroid and parotid tissues.
Function:
Might change the lysosome function after the transfer of peptide-MHC class II molecules to the surface of dendritic cells.
Subcellular Location:
Lysosome membrane.
Tissue Specificity:
Expressed in lymphoid organs and dendritic cells. Expressed in lung. Up-regulated in carcinomas of the esophagus, colon, rectum, ureter, stomach, breast, fallopian tube, thyroid and parotid tissues.
