- Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

IL20RB and IL20RA (MIM 605620) form a heterodimeric receptor for interleukin-20 (IL20; MIM 605619) (Blumberg et al., 2001 [PubMed 11163236]).[supplied by OMIM, Feb 2009]
Function:
The IL20RA/IL20RB dimer is a receptor for IL19, IL20 and IL24. The IL22RA1/IL20RB dimer is a receptor for IL20 and IL24.
Subunit:
Heterodimer with IL20RA and heterodimer with IL22RA1.
Subcellular Location:
Membrane; Single-pass type I membrane protein.
Tissue Specificity:
Widely expressed with highest levels in skin and testis. Highly expressed in psoriatic skin.
Similarity:
Belongs to the type II cytokine receptor family.
Contains 2 fibronectin type-III domains.
