- Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

- Function:
Functions as a bridging factor between STAT6 and the basal transcription factor. Plays a role in PIM1 regulation of MYB activity. Functions as a transcriptional coactivator for the Epstein-Barr virus nuclear antigen 2 (EBNA2).
Subcellular Location:
Cytoplasm. Nucleus. Melanosome. In IL-4 stimulated cells colocalizes with STAT6 in the nucleus. Identified by mass spectrometry in melanosome fractions from stage I to stage IV.

Ubiquitously expressed.

Phosphorylated by PIM1 in vitro.
