- Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

- background:
CDCA3 (Cell division cycle associated 3) is an F-box-like protein which is required for entry into mitosis. It is associated with SKP1 as part of a SCF (SKP1-cullin-F-box) protein ligase complex, and is required for the ubiquitination and degradation of the CDK1 inhibitory tyrosine kinase WEE1 at G2/M phase.
Function:
F-box-like protein which is required for entry into mitosis. Acts by participating in E3 ligase complexes that mediate the ubiquitination and degradation of WEE1 kinase at G2/M phase (By similarity).
Subunit:
Protein modification; protein ubiquitination. [SUBUNIT] Interacts with SKP1. Part of a SCF (SKP1-cullin-F-box) protein ligase complex (By similarity).
Subcellular Location:
Cytoplasm, cytosol (By similarity).
Post-translational modifications:
Ubiquitinated and degraded by the APC/C-Cdh1 complex (By similarity).
Phosphorylated upon DNA damage, probably by ATM or ATR.
