- Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

Binds ATP, opioids and phosphatidylethanolamine. Has lower affinity for phosphatidylinositol and phosphatidylcholine. Serine protease inhibitor which inhibits thrombin, neuropsin and chymotrypsin but not trypsin, tissue type plasminogen activator and elastase.
HCNP may be involved in the function of the presynaptic cholinergic neurons of the central nervous system. HCNP increases the production of choline acetyltransferase but not acetylcholinesterase. Seems to be mediated by a specific receptor. [SUBCELLULAR LOCATION] Cytoplasm. Belongs to the phosphatidylethanolamine-binding protein family.

Raf激酶抑制蛋白(PKIP)属于磷脂酰乙醇胺结合蛋白（phosphatidylethanolamine-binding protein, PEBP）家族,广泛存在于各种不同的生物中,PKIP还参与了对NF-kB信号通路和G蛋白偶联受体信号通路的调控,参与NF-κB信号通路的调控,参与了对细胞内多种信号转导通路的调节作用。RKIP在膜的生物合成、精子发生、神经发育和细胞凋亡等生理过程中发挥重要作用，并参与了老年痴呆症及糖尿病等的病理过程。有学者认为：RKIP有抑制肿瘤细胞转移的作用。
