- Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

Interacts with MAPK11 and MAPK14. Component of the chromatin-remodeling SRCAP complex composed of at least SRCAP, DMAP1, RUVBL1, RUVBL2, ACTL6A, YEATS4, ACTR6 and ZNHIT1.
Post-translational modifications:
Phosphorylated on Thr by MAPK11 or MAPK14.
Stres-induced ZNHIT1 is mainly regulated at the level of protein.
Similarity:
Belongs to the ZNHIT1 family.
Contains 1 HIT-type zinc finger.
