- Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

MGC13096, also known as PDCD2L, might play a role in apoptosis given evidence that over expression attenutates TNF alpha release in Daudi cells anad restrained proliferation of HEK293T cells.
Function:
Over-expression suppresses AP1, CREB, NFAT, and NF-Kb transcriptional activation, and delays cell cycle progression at S phase.
Tissue Specificity:
Higher expression in lung, colon, mammary gland, cervix, stomach and small intestine.
