Histone H3 lysine 14 acetylation (H3K14) has been correlated with transcriptional activation and can be mapped to the initiation site of actively transcribed genes. The Histone H3 acetyl Lys14 ELISA is a sandwich ELISA for screening the levels of histone H3 acetyl Lys14 in your samples. The detecting antibody is specific for acetyl Lys14 and will not cross-react with other modifications, enabling small changes in acetylation levels to be detected.
