| 背景 | The CD45R antigen is expressed throughout B cell development from the pro-B cell stage on, but it is down-regulated during the differentiation of B cells into plasma cells. Expression levels of CD45R are different among distinct B cell subpopulations. Memory B cells are CD45Rlow/-. CD45R is also weakly expressed on a small subset of peripheral T cells, but is not detected on thymocytes. |
