| 描述 | CD45RA is expressed on naive CD4+ and CD8+ T cells as well as on CD8+ effector T cells. CD45RA is also present on parts of B cells and NK cells, as well as on plasmacytoid dendritic cells and parts of CD34+ hematopoietic stem cells. The CD45RA antibody recognizes the 220 kDa isoform of the leukocyte common antigen (LCA).In exceptional cases it may happen that donors have CD45RA+ memory T cells. This should be tested prior to any clinical application.The CliniMACS® CD45RA Product Line consists of murine anti-CD45RA monoclonal antibodies conjugated to superparamagnetic iron dextran particles.One vial contains 7.5 mL sterile, non-pyrogenic solution.The performance of the CliniMACS CD45RA Product Line depends on the individual separation strategy.
