| 描述 | CD271, also known as LNGFR (low-affinity nerve growth factor receptor) or p75NTR was initially described to be expressed on cells of the nervous system.1Further, CD271 is expressed on mesenchymal stromal cells (MSC) and can be used for the enrichment of MSC from bone marrow aspirates.2, 3 Interestingly, colony forming units fibroblast (CFU-F) activity resides in the CD271+ cell fraction.4 Also, the human CD271 antibody shows cross-reactivity with animals such as rhesus monkey, goat, sheep, dog and pig.5The CliniMACS® CD271 Product Line consists of murine anti-CD271 monoclonal antibodies conjugated to superparamagnetic iron dextran particles.One vial contains 7.5 mL sterile, non‑pyrogenic solution.The performance of the CliniMACS CD271 Product Line depends on the individual separation strategy.
