| 描述 | During an Ig apheresis treatment two reusable adsorbers selectively remove human antibodies and immune complexes from the patient´s blood. Usually, up to two plasma volumes are processed during an Ig apheresis treatment. However, the treatment can be adjusted to the patient´s need. Between the treatments, the adsorbers are stored in an anti-microbial storage solution and must be kept at 2 – 8 °C. The binding capacity of TheraSorb – Ig pro and Ig flex adsorbers was shown to be similar high for all IgG subclasses. Also, IgM, IgA, and IgE levels are substantially decreased.For specific IgE removal, the TheraSorb – IgE adsorber was developed. The monoclonal ligand is directed against human IgE. TheraSorb – Ig pro adsorbers can be used up to 20 times whereas TheraSorb – Ig flex and IgE adsorbers are limited to 10 treatments within two months.The Complete Disposables Sets contain all single-use system components that are necessary for one treatment. This includes the tubing set, disk separator and solutions that are used for anti-coagulation, priming, buffering, elution, and preservation of the apheresis system. |
