| 背景 | MHC class II is expressed on B cells, macrophages, monocytes, dendritic cells, thymic epithelial cells, and on subsets of hematopoietic progenitor cells. The MicroBeads bind to MHC class II haplotypes I-Ab, I-Ad, I-Aq, I-Ed, and I-Ek, which are expressed by the most common inbred mouse strains, e.g. C57BL/6, BALB/c, or 129/SvEv. MHC II haplotypes I-Af, I-Ak, and I-As are not recognized. |
