| 描述 | The KEN-4 antibody reacts with an antigen identified as CD4 on the majority of thymocytes and a subset of peripheral T lymphocytes. mAb KEN-4 immunoprecipitates, from thymocyte lysate, a major band of 50 kDa and a 42-kDa minor band under both reducing and non-reducing conditions. It also blocks the proliferative response of mesenteric lymph node cells to allogeneic splenocytes. |
