| 描述 | Kalinin is an epithelial cell laminin. It is a structural component of the dermal-epidermal junction of skin and basement membrane. The full molecule is composed of a 200 kDa A subunit, a 155 kDa B2 subunit, and a 140 kDa B1 subunit. Another B1k subunit with a predicted molecular weight of 126.9 kDa is encoded by a 3.9kb gene. The apparent molecular weight of Kalinin B1k is 140 kDa due to glycosylation. Its structure is divided into a long arm and a short arm domain that bind and crosslink with the other kalinin subunits. |
