- 0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.
- 保存条件
- Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

2004年在我国发生的禽流感疫情,主要是由H5亚型引起的,其发病率和死亡率都很高,危害性大。H5亚型禽流感病毒,对鸡、火鸡和鸭均可感染发病,是人与动物共患的流感病原体。由于病毒多变异,导致A型禽流感反复发生,难以有效控制。
