- Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

S100A14 is a member of a subfamily of proteins related by Ca(2+)-binding motifs to the EF-hand Ca(2+)-binding protein superfamily.[supplied by OMIM]
Subcellular Location:
Cytoplasm.
Tissue Specificity:
Expressed at highest levels in colon and at moderate levels in thymus, kidney, liver, small intestine, and lung. Low expression in heart and no expression is seen in brain, skeletal muscle, spleen, placenta and peripheral blood leukocytes.
Similarity:
Belongs to the S-100 family.
Contains 2 EF-hand domains.
