Each synthRE vector contains an optimized synthetic response element, made up of repeats of a transcription factor binding site motif, cloned upstream of a minimal promoter and the RenSP luciferase gene in the Long-range Enhancer Reporter Vector, pLightSwitch_LR vector. As Synthetic Response Element vectors are supplied transfection-ready, you can begin your experiments immediately. Similarly, for researchers studying post-transcriptional regulation events mediated by miRNA-3´UTR interactions, we offer a large collection of optimized, synthetic LightSwitch miRNA Target Reporters. IMPORTANT: Because all LightSwitch reporter constructs contain the optimized RenSP luciferase gene, you MUST use our LightSwitch Luciferase Assay Reagents to obtain optimal results.
