- 保存条件
- Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

- background:
Encodes a centromere-identifying protein histone H3 variant. Localized at centromeres in both mitotic and meiotic cells.
Function:
HTR12 is a histone H3-like variant which exclusively replaces conventional H3 in the nucleosome core of centromeric chromatin at the inner plate of the kinetochore. It is required for recruitment and assembly of kinetochore proteins, mitotic progression and chromosome segregation and may serve as an epigenetic mark that propagates centromere identity through replication and cell division.

Nucleus. Centromere. Kinetochore. Note=Localizes exclusively in the kinetochore domain of centromeres.
