Pht1 / H2AZ acetyl pAb tested by dot blot analysis. Dot blot analysis was used to confirm the specificity of Pht1 / H2AZ acetyl pAb for acetylation of Pht1, the S.pombe variant for Histone H2AZ. Modified and unmodified peptides were spotted onto PVDF and probed with Pht1 / H2AZ acetyl pAb at a 1:1,000 dilution. The amount of peptide spotted (in picomoles) is indicated next to each row.
