| 背景 | Schneiders Drosophila L2 whole-cell extract was prepared from cell cultures of the Drosophila melanogaster Schneiders Drosophila L2 nuclear cell line. The Schneiders Drosophila L2 cell line was derived from a primary culture of 20-24 hour old late stage (L2) fruit fly embryos. These cells are commonly used in research as embryonic Drosophila melanogaster model systems, particularly in relation to chromatin assembly. In addition, Schneiders Drosophila L2 cells also exhibit macrophage-like properties and are therefore frequently used in studies related to receptor-mediated endocytosis. |
