| 背景 | SW48 nuclear extract was prepared from cell cultures of the human colorectal adenocarcinoma SW48 cell line. The SW48 cell line was derived from the tumor tissue in the colon of an 82 year old Caucasian female patient with colon cancer. These cells display an epithelial-like morphology and do not express colon-specific antigen (CSAp), but do produce carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and keratin. The SW48 cell line is most commonly used in research as a model for colorectal cancer to study growth and tumorigenicity. |
